Leadership speaks in
four languages.

SGL is a practical method built on four colour codes, 15 secrets and a set of SGL-Tools. Anyone who influences their own work situation exercises leadership — that means the vast majority of us.

What SGL is

A shared language
for leadership.

SGL stands for Situational Guided Leadership. It is not a theory to memorise but a set of concrete tools you apply to the situation you are in right now — a conversation, a decision, a conflict, a team. Every secret gives you one distinct thing to look at, and a colour that tells you which kind of language the situation calls for.

The SGL journey can begun.

There is no fixed path from alpha to omega.
You begin where it feels natural—whether from a corner or right in the middle of the picture.
Are you curious?
Ask yourself: What am I thinking right now?
And then—follow it. Let the journey begin exactly there.
Click Key-Content and find a theme that sparks your interest. – That’s all it takes. You’re on your way. –

Before Start.

A journey with SGL is a journey into your inner landscape—learning to meet life’s many demands in a dynamic interplay toward shared goals. Along the way, you’ll work with tools that enrich your communication (the language of colors), your decisions (the decision tree), your relationships (the chessboard), and your values—including the unconscious images of humanity that guide you. – As you move forward, you’ll discover this:

SGL-secrets is not a textbook.

The “secrets” are not instructions—they are recognitions. They awaken insight, create awareness, and open new possibilities.
It all comes down to starting where you are—not where someone else assumes you should be.
The real secret lies in collaborating with the wisdom of your own body.
This is life experience carried through thousands of years—embedded in your genes—knowing exactly how you respond to hunger, grief, change, discovery, desire, love, relationships, values, and the forces that shape groups, families, and nations in their struggle to survive.

In truth, it is remarkably simple:

Everything is changing — yet the patterns repeat. – Beneath the surface, Homo sapiens still responds much as in the ancient narratives of Abraham’s children – Jews, Christians, and Muslims—in the story of Adam and Eve – with the same hunger, the same grief, the same fight for belonging.”
The secret is to recognize and use the wisdom you already carry: your deepest needs and skills, your innate longing for peace, harmony and love; your intuitive instincts of fear, fight, and flight; and the skills you have learned for mastery and survival.

The color codes

Four languages, one conversation.

Most misunderstandings happen because two people speak different colours at the same time. The codes give you a fast way to name that and switch.

The colour of the group tells you which language you are working in. Alongside them sit the SGL-Tools — interactive tests and reference material, not secrets.
